TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Please only fill up the form if you are 100% sure in purchasing. No cancellations will be made. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.

2. Normal ETA (4-5 weeks after shipment from my Korean address).
Fast ETA (2-3 weeks after items leave Korea).
Delays that we have no control over: Import restrictions, Covid-19 restrictions, delays from websites, and other unforeseen circumstances like bad weather conditions.

3. Full refunds can only be made in the following conditions: item/s are out of stock, or group order is cancelled.

4. Prices stated in the form includes international shipping fees and other charges unless otherwise stated.

5. Please pay on or before stated deadline of payment. Late payments will be charged
50 pesos per day for merch and other items
20 pesos per day for photocards.
Please contact me immediately for extension of DOP.

6. For lapags, once I replied "yours" to your "mine",
no cancellations will be allowed unless the items went out of stock.

7. Submitting a form means you agree and understand the above terms and conditions.

8. Additional terms and conditions may apply for special services.

9. Onhand items will only be kept for 45 days upon arrival to our PH address. Packages failed to be claimed and paid for until deadline will mean disposal of items and no refunds will be issued.
